In Ukraine, mobilization rules have been radically revised: who will be affected by the new conscription exemptions.

The government of Ukraine has updated the rules for reserving military personnel for enterprises that are critically important to the country's defense capability. Now they can reserve one hundred percent of their employees, simplifying their operations and ensuring uninterrupted work.
Conditions have been particularly simplified for companies responsible for the security of fuel and energy complex facilities. They have been relieved of the requirement for the average monthly salary of reserved employees and allowed to select any three criteria instead of all mandatory ones.
According to the changes, applications for reservations are now submitted only in electronic format through the 'Diia' portal, and the list of critical enterprises is formed by authorized state bodies. These initiatives are intended to support the country's defense capability and the uninterrupted functioning of important enterprises in times of threat.
The government is taking steps to enhance the country's security and readiness for potential challenges by providing favorable conditions for collaboration between critically important enterprises and defense.
