Strict rules on the roads of Poland: Ukrainian drivers may be fined 600 thousand hryvnias.

Ukrainian drivers in Poland face stricter fines and penalties for traffic violations than in Ukraine. Even minor violations can result in serious financial sanctions (according to the road police).
For example, simple violations such as lacking the necessary documents while driving can cost drivers 1000 zlotys, which is approximately 10,000 hryvnias. The basic package of documents includes a passport, driver's license, insurance policy, and vehicle registration document.
The Polish authorities pay special attention to road safety. Violations related to safety, such as not wearing a seatbelt, ignoring emergency service signals, or lacking low beam headlights, carry fines ranging from 200 to 2000 zlotys (from 2,000 to 20,000 hryvnias).
Fines for speeding
Significant sanctions apply for speeding. Fines range from 50 to 2500 zlotys (500-25,000 hryvnias), and in case of repeated violations, the amount is doubled.
The strictest sanctions apply to drivers who operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Detection of alcohol levels from 0.2 to 0.5‰ in the driver's blood carries a fine from 50 to 5000 zlotys, as well as detention for 30 days and deprivation of driving rights for up to three years.
If the alcohol level exceeds 0.5‰, the driver faces a fine of up to 600,000 hryvnias, imprisonment for up to two years, and a ban on driving for up to 15 years.
This strict system of fines in Poland is aimed at increasing road traffic safety and reducing the number of accidents.
