In 50 days, the USA will do everything to strengthen Ukraine's position on the battlefield - Sullivan.

According to National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, the United States plans to spend all allocated funds to assist Ukraine by the end of Joe Biden's presidency. He also noted that their goal is to provide Ukraine with everything necessary to strengthen its position on the battlefield and achieve success in negotiations.
'We are going to do everything in our power over these 50 days to give Ukraine all the possible tools to strengthen its position on the battlefield so that they are stronger at the negotiating table,' Sullivan said.
The advisor also urged Ukrainians to cooperate with the team of elected U.S. President Donald Trump and to engage allies and partners in supporting Ukraine.
'Clearly, the new team will have its own policy, its own approach, and I cannot speak to that. But what I can do is ensure that we put Ukraine in the best possible position,' Sullivan declared.
Sullivan emphasized that the question of negotiations with Russia should be decided by Ukraine itself, and its fate should not depend on external forces, including the United States.
'President Zelensky has publicly stated the need to end this war at the negotiating table, which means he knows that, ultimately, negotiations must take place,' Sullivan said.
He also added that the most important task for the USA was to provide Ukraine with all the necessary tools for effective negotiations.
'The main goal this year is to provide Ukraine with as many tools as possible so that they have a chance to start negotiations and make changes in the areas of territory, security, and other aspects,' Sullivan noted.
