Drivers are shown how a penny detail helps avoid a 1500 hryvnia fine.

Ukrainian drivers were told how an office rubber band can save them from a 1500 hryvnia fine.
Modern drivers are looking for ways to avoid fines and save money. Sometimes unusual items can help in this matter. An office rubber band can unexpectedly turn out to be useful in a difficult road situation.
Ukrainian legislation prohibits drivers from using a mobile phone, holding it in hand while driving a car. For this violation, a fine is provided: 510 hryvnias in a regular case or 1445 hryvnias if the driver's actions created a dangerous situation.
In this situation, an office rubber band can be helpful. By passing it through the ventilation grille in the car interior, a simple smartphone mount can be made. This method will help avoid breaking the rules and receiving a fine if there is no appropriate mobile device holder.
Let us remind you that drivers were warned about the "new rules" starting from November 1.
