It's important not to forget: when and how Ukraine will switch to winter time for the last time.

Ukrainians will move the clock hands to winter Time for the last time on the last Sunday of October.
This is provided for by the law No. 4201 passed by the Verkhovna Rada, which cancels the transition from summer to winter time and vice versa.
On the night of October 27, Ukrainians will switch to winter time for the last time. This will happen at 4 in the morning when the clock hands need to be moved back one hour. Thus, the day will automatically increase by one hour. After this transition, there will be no more switching between summer and winter time.
Note that on July 16, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law that abolishes the seasonal clock change. According to this law, permanent Kyiv time, corresponding to the UTC+2 time zone, is established in the country.
Before the adoption of this law, the time in Ukraine changed twice a year: in spring, they switched to summer time, and in autumn, to winter time. Now, this practice is stopped, and the time in the country will remain unchanged all year round.
Recall that an expert revealed the critical temperature limit in winter.
