A revolutionary property registration mechanism has been launched in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian property rights registration system has become automated
The State Register of Property Rights (SRPR) now operates on an innovative automatic mechanism for registering ownership rights to real estate after construction completion. This information has been disseminated by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
Now, property rights will be registered automatically after the property is put into operation. The state registrar will not be involved in this process. The new feature allows the system to autonomously receive information about completed construction projects from the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction (USESFC).
Automation covers a wide range of properties, including unfinished constructions, future real estate objects (apartments, parking spaces), and garden, residential, and summer houses.
The advantages of the new system include streamlining administrative procedures, reducing the burden on state registrars, and enhancing the protection of property owners' rights. An important advantage is the prevention of fraudulent schemes, as registration is done automatically based on official data without manual intervention. The first registrations under the new system have already been successfully completed.
Note: banks have reduced the issuance of mortgage loans. Previously, information was reported on the cost of re-registering land shares in 2024.
