Ukraine will launch online recruitment in the Armed Forces through "Diia".

Ukraine is launching a new project with online recruitment to the army through "Diia"
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, along with the Cabinet of Ministers, supported the idea of launching a new project with online recruitment to the army through the "Diia" application. This was reported by the government representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk. The main goal of the project is to make the process of obtaining a military ID simpler and more convenient.
"The main idea is to use the 'Diia' application so that people can sign up for military service. This should make the entire process simpler and more convenient," noted a representative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Ukrainians aged 18 to 55 who have not served in the army or other security structures and have a tax number can participate in the project. Persons who have already been called up for mobilization are also excluded.
With the help of the "Diia" application, a person can independently choose the place and type of military service and apply for contract service. This process can be done directly from a phone or computer.
The project is planned to be implemented and improved over two years to test its effectiveness. If the results are successful, the recruitment of military personnel may be carried out through this system in the future.
Currently, the Ministry of Defense has not set an exact launch date for the automatic extension of deferment in the Reserve+ application.
