Ukrainians were told how much it costs to support one deputy.

The state has increased funding for the parliamentary corps
According to the analysis of budget expenditures, in 2025 the state allocated 2.28 million hryvnias for the maintenance of each people's deputy. A significant part of these funds goes to the salaries of parliamentary assistants and consultants.
In 2024, the total amount of compensation to deputies amounted to almost 26.4 million hryvnias, with the highest figure recorded in December, exceeding 4.7 million hryvnias. During this period, 113 deputies utilized their right to compensation, receiving an average of about 40 thousand hryvnias.
The largest share of individual expenses consists of compensation for housing rental - 237 thousand hryvnias per year or 650 hryvnias per day. For organizing meetings with voters, deputies receive only 670 hryvnias per year.
In December, the largest number of housing rental compensation was received by deputies of the 'Servant of the People' faction - 85 deputies. The rest of the compensations were distributed among representatives of other political forces: five deputies each from 'European Solidarity', 'Voice', and 'Trust', as well as two members of the deputy group 'Platform for Life and Peace'.
The majority of deputies received compensations for November and December 2024, although some of them submitted applications for a longer period.
It was already known earlier how payments to deputies differ from those to ordinary Ukrainians.
