Ukrainians explained how long they will have to live with power outage schedules.

The Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Andarak stated that Ukrainians will have to live with power outage schedules for at least until spring. His statement concerns the Russian occupiers who are deliberately attacking the weak points of Ukraine's energy system. According to him, this is done to cause maximum damage.
The Deputy Minister of Energy also noted that there was recently a strong attack on generation in Ukraine. Therefore, power outage schedules will not be canceled for the Time being. However, he emphasized that they are working on restoration and repairs, and there are plans for the introduction of additional generation facilities. If these plans are successfully implemented, outages will be reduced.
However, Roman Andarak warns that future shelling and unexpected situations cannot be predicted. Therefore, it is important to be resilient and prepared for such situations, especially while remaining stocked up for winter.
