Nova Post explained how to readdress a package in a new way.

The company 'Nova Post' has introduced a new way to change the delivery address of a package, the company's press service reported.
Clients noted that sometimes there is a need to change the delivery address of a package. For example, if an order was made for a branch, but it later became more convenient to receive it at a post office.
'It's not a problem! You can change the delivery address for free right in our app. Get your package where it's convenient for you,' the representatives of 'Nova Post' emphasized.
This service allows changing the delivery address of an already registered package within the same city or country. However, readdressing is not available for the 'Reliable Purchase' service.
It is important to note that the 'Readdressing' service (within cities and Ukraine) is free if it was ordered before the arrival of the shipment at the branch/post office/pickup point or before it was handed over to a courier for delivery to the address.
- If the shipment has already arrived at the branch/post office/pickup point or the courier has already received it for delivery to the address, the cost of readdressing is calculated as for a new shipment.
To use this service, you need to:
- open the app and select the required tracking number;
- indicate the new delivery location;
- check all the details and confirm the changes.
'And that's it! A few clicks - and your package will already be at a more convenient address for you,' they clarified at 'Nova Post'.
Let's remind that NovaPay is implementing auto-payments for package credits.
