As a result of a rocket strike on a dormitory in the city of Glukhiv, Sumy region, nine people have died, including one child. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
According to the information from the rescuers, 11 people were injured in the attack, including two children.
Currently, a search and rescue operation is underway to locate another four persons who may be under the rubble.
The tragedy occurred late in the evening on November 18 during a rocket bombardment by Russians. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble and search for possible victims.
The State Emergency Service urges citizens to adhere to safety rules during air alarms and to seek shelter immediately at the first signs of danger.
UPD: as of now, there are already 10 dead.
Let us remind you that Russia struck multi-storey buildings in Sumy and Odesa, resulting in injuries and fatalities, including children.
