The SBU exposed the command involved in the shelling of the Potocki Palace in Odesa.

The Security Service of Ukraine has identified the individuals in the Russian command who were directing strikes on UNESCO sites in Odesa in 2023. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the SBU.
The security forces reported suspicions against two Russian admirals and their subordinate, who commanded the shelling of UNESCO sites in Odesa on November 5, 2023, using the anti-ship missile 'Onyx'.
As a result of the hostile attack, historical buildings were damaged, including the Potocki Palace and the Bofo House. According to the investigation, the order to carry out the shelling was given by Russian Admiral Viktor Sokolov - commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy.
His deputy - Vice Admiral Arkadiy Romanov - planned the hostile strike and issued the corresponding order to his subordinate. This concerns Colonel Oleksiy Shcherbakov, who commands the 15th separate coastal missile brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy.
To carry out the air attack, the occupiers used a medium-range anti-ship missile of the type 3M55 'Onyx'. Comprehensive measures are ongoing to bring all the war criminals of the Russian Federation to justice.
It should be noted that the Security Service exposed traitors whom the Kremlin involved in the implementation of the project for 'external governance' of Ukraine. They are promoting a plan for Ukraine's capitulation.
The leader of the group is Dmytro Vasilets - head of the banned party 'State', who already has an in absentia prison term for supporting the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
He involved his 'like-minded' individuals in subversive activities:
