Russia used an FPV drone with an RPG in Kharkiv for the first Time

For the first time during the full-scale invasion, Russia used an FPV drone with a combat warhead based on a manual anti-tank grenade launcher (RPG) over Kharkiv. This was reported by the city's mayor Igor Terekhov.

“For the first time during the full-scale invasion, the enemy employed an FPV drone with a combat warhead based on an RPG. This is a new, even more insidious threat, indicating an attempt to find 'vulnerable spots' in the city's defenses,” the message states.

The mayor of Kharkiv emphasized that the city remains one of the key targets for enemy terror, and over the past week, it faced seven attacks.

Among the victims were 11 people, including a child with a head injury. Fortunately, there were no fatalities. The damage concerns civilian objects: private houses, apartment buildings, printing houses, and office buildings.

Terekhov also noted that last week there were 51 alerts about aerial threats in Kharkiv Oblast, and 39 in the city. The duration of alarms in Kharkiv was 41% less than in the region.
