Internally displaced persons have obtained every tenth preferential housing loan.

The financial housing company issued 474 loans, of which 48 are to internally displaced persons
From January 22, 2025, to February 4, 474 loans were issued, of which 48 were to internally displaced persons (IDPs).
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company ('Ukrfinzhytlo').
IDPs can now choose housing for purchase with a mortgage that is up to 10 years old. Under this program, the most loans (186) were issued to Ukrainians who do not have housing or whose housing does not meet the standard. In second place are military personnel and law enforcement (162).
In 2024, 8515 loans were issued, of which 268 were to IDPs.
IDP categories are included in preferential regional programs in the Transcarpathian and Chernivtsi regions. Accordingly, compensation was paid to 24 borrowers in the Transcarpathian region and 86 in the Chernivtsi region, but there is no data on how many of them are specifically IDPs.
The company is considering the possibility of involving the State Fund for the Promotion of Youth Housing Construction in the 'eOselya' program.
