Occupiers advanced near Kupiansk, Pokrovsk, and Vuhledar: ISW report.


In the Kursk region, counterattacking operations of Ukrainian forces are taking place, while Russian troops advance in the areas of Kupiansk, Pokrovsk, and Vuhledar. This is reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
On October 28, battles continued in the Kursk region, but these changes on the front have not been officially confirmed.
Russian sources claim they have advanced to Novoivanivka, but this is not confirmed by ISW analysts.
Ukrainian sources reported an assault by the Armed Forces of Ukraine east of Novyi Put with the use of armored vehicles.
