Matrix of Reforms: Ukraine has updated the list of requirements for receiving financial assistance from partners.

The Ministry of Finance has updated the Matrix of Reforms, an analytical tool that includes a list of requirements and obligations of Ukraine to receive international financial assistance.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the updated Matrix contains 325 conditions and recommendations, corresponding to 531 indicators for the next 10 years.
When launched in June of this year, the Matrix included 206 reforms and 410 indicators. In July, the updated Matrix had 314 reforms corresponding to 520 indicators.
The number of conditions and indicators may vary depending on the reviews of cooperation programs with international partners, the Ministry of Finance reported.
During the first three quarters of 2024, Ukraine has fulfilled only 199 out of 531 indicators on the list of conditions and recommendations from international partners. In the third quarter, 99 indicators were fulfilled.
'The conditions of financial support programs, based on the monitoring of the first three quarters of 2024, have been fully met and in accordance with the deadlines agreed with international partners. This has allowed timely direct budget support to be attracted,' the Ministry of Finance noted.
