The GUR named lawful targets for strikes against Russia.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, emphasized that all objects used by the enemy in the war against Ukraine are legitimate military targets.
In a conversation with journalists from the Center for Countering Disinformation, Yusov noted that Ukrainian security agencies have a principled position regarding potential targets. He also jokingly expressed a desire to have a list of priority targets that could be shown to representatives of the aggressor state.
The intelligence representative clearly stated that no plans regarding targets will be disclosed in advance. All objects that help strike cities and civilian infrastructure are considered legitimate military targets.
Additionally, Yusov noted that most events on the territory of Russia are not publicly commented on, but each affected object is used by the enemy immediately in the war against Ukraine.
The position of Ukrainian security agencies remains unchanged: premature details are not disclosed, but there is a firm readiness for an adequate response to the aggressor.
It has also become known about operations involving Budanov.
