The expert said how long the strict power outage schedules will last in Ukraine.

Energy expert Hennady Ryabtsev spoke about the improvement of the power outage situation in Ukraine. He stated this during a telethon broadcast.
At the beginning of the week, Russia again attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure, resulting in damage to energy facilities in 15 regions. As a result of the shelling, the power supply situation significantly worsened, and power outage schedules were reinstated. Ukrainians are again periodically left without electricity.
However, Ryabtsev noted that power outages in 2-3 stages will last until the end of the week. Next week, significantly fewer outages are forecasted, especially during peak hours.
The expert specified that the major problem lies in the transmission and distribution of electricity, not its generation. The main damage was caused to stations that transmit and distribute electric power to consumers.
Let us recall that DTEK reported the cancellation of emergency power outages in Kyiv and the regions.
