How Kyiv is fighting corruption among the authorities - data from the prosecutor's office.

In Kyiv, there is an active fight against corruption among local government officials. The prosecutor's office is systematically working to identify and punish officials who violate the law and misappropriate budget funds.
This was reported by the spokesperson of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office in the News LIVE program.
Iryna Vynokurova emphasized that the prosecutor's office is doing everything possible to hold lawbreakers accountable. She also noted that the judicial system determines the final decision in such cases.
The spokesperson also stressed the importance of allowing the residents of Kyiv to control the activities of communal services and evaluate the work of the city authorities.
The prosecutor's office called for compliance with the law and promised to continue the fight against corruption among officials and leaders of Kyiv.
The situation is exacerbated by a large-scale investigation into abuses in the Kyiv City State Administration and the destruction of a tunnel in the metro, which led to the suspicion of an official from the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the KSCA.
